注文は、当店からの確認メールをもって成立とします。
An order is confirmed once the Seller sends an email confirmation.

表示価格は税込で、送料は注文時に別途表示されます。

第4条（受注制作について） / Article 4 (Custom Orders)
注文前後に、サイズ・色・納期などについてヒアリングを行います。
A consultation will be conducted before or after the order to confirm size, colors, and deadlines.
ヒアリングの内容により価格・納期が変更になる場合があります。
Final pricing and delivery may change based on the consultation.
制作開始後のキャンセル・返金は原則できません。
Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
完成後に写真で確認いただいた上で発送します。
Photos of the finished piece will be shared before shipping for approval.

国内外へ配送可能です。
We ship both domestically and internationally.
海外発送では関税や輸入税が発生する場合があり、お客様のご負担となります。
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the Buyer.

第6条（返品・キャンセル） / Article 6 (Returns and Cancellations)
受注制作作品は返品・キャンセル不可となります（初期不良を除く）。
Custom items are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except in case of defect or damage.
不良品が届いた場合は、7日以内にご連絡ください。
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days.
